This is a blog hosting service, so whatever you have must be importable into a wordpress blog.
It sounds like you need a custom web hosting solution, and this isn’t what you need if that is the case.

You can maintain your group releases on .org as well as running a blog on .com
If all you care about is releasing stuff, then you don’t need a blog. If you want to have more interaction with your fans beyond the comments/forums on mangadex, then a blog is nice. You might want to link to direct downloads for your releases, and you would do this on a blog.

Given that mangadex.org will be expanding to hosting translated light novels/web novels at some point in the future, you can use the blog hosting service to host LN translations if you want.
